“Greg Gutfeld, Diapers & Dad Jokes: Inside His Wild Ride to Fatherhood at 60”

Greg Gutfeld has never shied away from saying what’s on his mind—on-screen or off. But in a recent candid moment, the Fox News personality got real about something even he admits he wasn’t prepared for: becoming a first-time dad at 60.

“It’s NOT easy,” he confessed during a behind-the-scenes chat. “I’m terrible at everything—diapers, bottles, naps. It’s like hosting a live show, but the guest is screaming and you don’t understand a word they’re saying.”

Known for his quick wit and sharp takes, Gutfeld has stepped into fatherhood with a mix of humility and humor. “I used to be the guy who could debate politics in his sleep. Now I can change a diaper in the dark… badly,” he joked.

Despite the challenges, sources close to Greg say he’s fully embracing this new chapter. Late-night feedings have replaced late-night writing sessions. His once spotless home office now includes a baby swing, burp cloths, and the occasional pacifier stuck to his laptop.

He admits the learning curve has been steep—but rewarding. “I never thought I’d be googling ‘how to swaddle’ at 3 a.m. or debating the best brand of baby wipes,” he said. “But here I am, and honestly… it’s kind of amazing.”

Fatherhood, especially at 60, wasn’t in Greg’s original life script. But now, it’s his favorite storyline.

“I’m not great at this yet,” he laughed, “but I’m showing up every day. And that’s gotta count for something.”
